MOST of China and VINNOVA will fund and support this cooperation program based on the cooperation between universities and research institutes. In order to build a close cooperative relationship, the joint promoting expert group was set up on the workshop, charged by Prof. You Xiaohu from SEU, Prof. Chen Shanzhi from Datang, Prof. Ulf from Royal Institute of Technology of Sweden, and Prof. Viktorsson from Ericsson. The chairs of the subprojects from China and Sweden, as well as FuTURE FORUM will be invited as the members of the coordinating committee.

In order to promote the strategic partnership between China and Sweden, the communication and exchange between Chinese and Swedish experts will be funded to some degree as well.

During the project implementation, one or two technical workshops are planned to be organized each year, concerning the progresses and later development of the project. It is determined that FuTURE FORUM will be responsible for organizing international academic meetings, releasing and promoting the research achievements and enhancing the influence of the project internationally, so as to make the achievements applied in the standardization and industrialization.
