Philips Semiconductor Company has been reconstructed since it was renamed as NXP Semiconductors on September 1st. Currently, NXP has over 40 thousand employees with its semiconductor business ranking the second place in Europe and the eighth all over the world.

Ir. Hans Dollee, Director-general of standard cooperation from Headquarters of NXP Semiconductor Company at Holland, accompanied by Dr. Ma NI, Senior Researcher at Philips R&D Center at Shanghai, took his first flight to Beijing to visit FuTURE FORUM and some major cooperators. Ms. Fu Jun, Deputy Secretary-general of FuTURE FORUM welcomed Mr. Dollee and introduced the construction and development of FuTURE FORUM. On the exchange of ideas about the establishment of NXP Semiconductors and the future cooperation, Mr. Dolllee expected that the new company could join FuTURE FORUM and make full effort to develop the Chinese market.
